This form is intended to be used by Third Sector organisations of all shapes and sizes and some of the sections may not be relevant to your organisation. Please feel free to skip any sections that you feel are not relevant to you.
Each section of the review is designed in a similar fashion, with a series of questions with the same multiple choice answer format. There are two options for providing evidence to support your answer. You can either 'drag & drop' files or add a text response. There is also a 'save and continue later' option, enabling you to return and complete your form at another time.
Examples of the types of evidence you could include are provided for guidance purposes only. The list isn't exhaustive, however we also don't expect you to be able to provide all the evidence that is listed. Please feel free to add as much or as little evidence as you wish and use any combination of the 'drag & drop' or text responses as you find helpful.
The process is designed to help you self-assess your strengths and weaknesses in regards to your financial processes, as well as enabling our Finance experts to consider if there are elements which may benefit from additional support or attention should you wish to receive this constructive feedback.
Once you have completed and submitted the form your responses will be reviewed by a member of the ACVO Finance Team who will aim to provide feedback within 10 working days. Please note, this is only a guide and if there will be a delay due to workload, you will be made aware of this via email.
